Les 3 Arches welcome you in a renovated old sheepfold with an unobstructed view of the valley and the Serre-Ponçon lake, close to the ski resorts and on the edge of the national park Les Ecrins.
Its 300m2 spread over two levels offer a capacity of 16 beds as well as a large and beautiful vaulted common living room. Perfect for creating memories with family and friends.
The cottage overlooks an enclosed garden with trees of 2000m2 in a quiet area.
Possibility to rent part of the cottage at certain times.
Ceremonies and private receptions on request.

Description of the cottage

On the ground floor, a cloakroom / entrance, a TV room, a toilet / laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a large bright and vaulted living room of 100m2 with fully equipped kitchen and central island open to the dining room and the living room.
Upstairs, 4 bedrooms: 2 with double bed and 2 with two single beds, 1 bathroom with shower, a bathroom with bathtub, 2 separate toilets, and a living room open to the back garden.
On the 1st floor access via the outside staircase, 4 bedrooms: 2 with double bed and 2 with two single beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 separate toilets, and 2 living rooms opening onto the balcony.
Large 2000m2 garden surrounding the building, 6 parking spaces, play area for children.

Terms and regulations
50% deposit with booking by rental contract, the remaining to be paid on site.
In case of cancellation within one month of the stay, the remaining is due.
